QUT Kelvin Grove - Learning & Design Studio

As part of the Queensland University of Technology select panel, PODCON were engaged under a fixed lump sum agreement for the demolition and subsequent fitout of the Learning and Design Studio. This department is overseen directly by the Deputy Vice Chancellor for QUT and was an excellent opportunity for PODCON to showcase our core values of honesty, integrity, professionalism and reliability.

Continuing established relationships PODCON worked intimately with QUT staff and facilities to produce a high quality finish that was eagerly received by the Learning and Design Studio staff and their keen eye for detail.

Ongoing coordination and monitoring of proprietary loose furniture and fixtures was paramount to the project success to complete within the short construction period. Clear communication and continual management were the key to providing meaningful updates to the client of potential high risk items from the initial selection through to the final delivery to site.
