As part of a Design and Construct agreement PODCON successfully delivered new office space for NHVR including the demolition and make good of the old tenancy. The new space provided for an additional 90+ staff members including open plan working space, offices, meeting rooms and breakout spaces. Streamlining the pre-construction phase of the project was vital to the overall success. With a handover date prior to the Christmas Shutdown, PODCONs procurement of critical items and effective day by day programming were essential to the delivery and construction phase of the space.
