Successfully constructing over 1450m2 of premium office space in 6 weeks including high security zones displayed PODCON ongoing commitment to producing high quality outcomes for our clients. Challenges surrounding seismic bracing and significant services upgrades required a tailored approach to ensure compliance with both federal government and building standards.

With PODCON involvement early in the process a majority of lead time and supply issues were mitigated enabling a firm commitment to the program dates. Ongoing involvement through the end users setup and move in process demonstrated the importance of a continued working relationship well past practical completion of the construction works.
