Interior Fitout
By definition ‘fitout’ is the process of making interior spaces suitable for occupation. Be it ‘core and shell’, ‘tenancy fitout’, ‘churn and change’ or a ‘full turnkey solution’ we have the capability to deliver fast-tracked projects according to all procurement models; be it fixed-lump sum, construction management or design and construct.
With a history of early engagement, we demonstrate the advantage of pre-construction collaboration in the initial stages of your project to assist in achieving build-ability and cost efficiency through the construction process. Upon completion of the project, we can provide ongoing support through a dedicated maintenance programme.
Our interior fitout portfolio includes delivered outcomes for corporate worksites, education providers, legal offices, retail and special use operators.
Building Refurbishment
From lobby upgrades, to office makegoods, end-of-trip facilities and everything in between we have the team to deliver your next building refurbishment. We specialise in predominately internal or cosmetic refurbishment working with third-party consultants to add new life and rejuvenate building spaces.
We also offer experience in external and structural refurbishment including service and compliance upgrades. We have worked directly with asset managers, facility managers, smaller private operators and individual tenants; showcasing a proven track record delivering a variety of solutions for institutional and
non-institutional clientele.
Modular Construction
Modular construction is all about the ‘POD’ in our ‘PODCON’. We have access to shipping containers through a large distribution network, fitting out containers and delivering bespoke solutions for our clients.
Whether for a residential dwelling, retail outlet or commercial extension we provide affordable, cost-effective solutions using only new, untouched shipping containers. Drawing on experience within the interior fitout and building refurbishment industries we believe modular in the right instances can be an effective ‘value add’ for the right project.
